Our team is a motivating, health-focused and encouraging. We offer a variety of training styles. Providing different modalities and perspectives, while maintaining common threads. All clients are individuals with varying in goals and abilities. Skills and habits are cultivated uniquely by everyone. We work with you to find what works best; while providing strategies to effectively build long-term and sustainable well being.

Scott Daly

I work with individuals to help them understand their body and what they can do to feel and function at their best. Learning to listen to your body is the foundation. Using your passions and currents lifestyle. I will provide the structure for your individualised program. 

Due to the fact, we are all individuals and what works for one person may cause harm to another. We will start you where you are. It is my goal for you to step forward and take your health into your own hands. We will use an interdisciplinary approach to help find a maintainable and enjoyable strategy. Your health goals will be reached with my help. I enable you to achieve your goals while reconnecting with your bodies passions and purpose.

Nikolas Stojsavlejevich

Nikolas has been involved in the health and fitness field since high school, being fascinated by the way our bodies work with regards to exercise, athletics and nutrition. After graduating with a degree in both Community Health and History, he began to deal with his own persistent health issues (i.e., digestive, adrenal). This is what motivated him to search out new ideas and methods geared towards improving both his internal and external health.

After working in the supplement industry for some time, while training clients when able, Nikolas decided to focus all his energies into helping others achieve their health and performance goals. He began training clients full time at a local gym, taking on as many individuals as possible while still trying to maintain his constant passion to learn more. Soon, however, he realized that to become the trainer he had envisioned, he had to move on and set his own standards in the field of health and fitness.

Today Nikolas is passionately involved in training, stretching and helping clients with their workout and nutrition programs. He works diligently with everybody from stay-at-home moms, to athletes, to senior citizens who realize the importance of staying young and enjoying life through a long term commitment to proper nutrition and exercise.

Nikolas also continues to educate himself by maintaining university level courses and consulting with the brightest in his field. This allows him to provide his clients with the most practical, up to date and realistic information he can. 

Finally, because of his experience with lab work and dealing with individuals afflicted by injury, Nikolas is able to work closely with other health care professionals (e.g., general practitioners, chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopaths, etc) in order to make sure his recommendations work harmoniously with everybody involved in his clients' well-being.
