We offer a variety of classes to meet your needs, preferences and fitness level. Classes are capped 10 people to give the individual attention you need. We welcome you to try everything for a week FREE to decide on the package that works for you.

 
 

Foundational Strength

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
5pm – 6pm

Do you want to learn to lift weights properly? This class takes you through the traditional compound lifts and many accessory exercises. An extra trainer is provided to assist Nik ensuring proper form and technique is being used, providing safety and desired results.  

Movement

Wednesdays
5 – 6pm

Saturdays
9am – 10am

Focused on improving your ability to move and control your body. You will leave stimulated, strengthened and stretched by learning how your body works.

 

Youth Athletic Development

10-11am

A combination of mobility, conditioning, strength training and core work. Setting a foundation that will allow young people to excel no matter their sport, art and or practice.

Customized Small Group or Team Training
